Increased development opportunities for local business and investors
Rockhampton Regional Council through Advance Rockhampton has upped the ante when it comes to creating investment opportunities for new investors and for local businesses looking to expand. The new development incentive complements the other development incentives currently offered in targeted industries.
Last month, Council expanded the current Development Incentives Policy to include multiple residential unit developments in specific areas near the CBD (diagram attached). The policy also extends the current incentives policy for investment in tourism, health, resources, education, aged care and retirement investment sectors.
Rockhampton Region Acting Mayor Neil Fisher said these development incentives have played an important part in stimulating the Rockhampton Region’s economy over the past seven years.

A San Diego Superior Court Judge ruled Tuesday to invalidate a 2012 proposition (Prop B) that replaced most city employees pensions with 401k retirement plans, according to the mayor s office.
City police officers were excluded from the pension reform.
In August of 2018, the state Supreme Court rejected Prop B, ruling former San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders illegally bypassed city employee unions before placing the proposition before voters.

Yes it probably exists and not just with foreigners. I am quite sure that icelanders are both customers and sellers in this business too, otherwise it would mean that they are different from any other people in this world.
IMO prostitution also takes other forms than girls walking the street in short skirts .
In a previous job I worked in a company that was doing very badly, running big losses.
As a result costs were cut in every possible way and ordinary souls like myself had to work really hard. They constantly fired people and those left had to take over the work of others.

ISLAMABAD: The Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) availed by 2,000 employees of Pakistan International Airlines will cost around Rs5 billion to the federal government.
However, the PIA spokesperson claims the VSS will save Rs 2.5 billion annually, as the national flag carrier is paying this amount to the retiring 2,000 employees in terms of salaries and other perks and privileges.
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Institutional Reforms and Austerity Dr Ishrat Hussain told The News that PIA’s Board had sent a strategic business plan to the federal government. As per the business plan, the PIA board had recommended the national airline to reduce the workforce up to 7,500 employees.
